ŞTİ.; we commit to conducting our activities in full compliance with the applicable legal and other binding environmental requirements, identifying in advance the risks that may harm the environment in production processes and keeping them under control, reducing waste at the source, supporting recycling and reuse practices, ensuring the efficient use of energy and natural resources, promoting environmental awareness and sustainability, complying with national and international standards in oil, chip and waste management for environmental safety, being prepared to prevent possible environmental damages by creating emergency plans, and maintaining our activities with an environmentally sensitive production approach. We commit to continuously improving our environmental performance, ensuring the prevention of pollution, systematically evaluating and keeping environmental aspects and impacts under control, and ensuring the prevention of pollution at its source. We guarantee to establish environmental objectives, monitor them, and evaluate them in Management Review meetings. We commit to increasing the environmental awareness of our employees and ensuring their active participation. This policy constitutes the basis for the organization’s environmental objectives and targets. ŞTİ.; under the leadership of management and with the active participation and efforts of all employees in our company, within an understanding of continuous improvement, our aim is to fully satisfy our customers by producing all our products in accordance with customer requirements and national and international quality standards, in the most economical way and within the desired delivery time. We commit that customer requirements and customer satisfaction will be prioritized above all else, and that we will operate fully customer-focused, that zero-defect production will be targeted and zero-defect products will be offered to customers, that control of critical characteristics will be ensured and all activities affecting product safety will be specially managed, that quality will be continuously improved and optimal use of production resources will be ensured, and that loss of national resources and unconscious consumption of resources will be prevented. We commit that the Quality Management System will be maintained with a continuous improvement approach, its effectiveness will be monitored, and the participation of all employees will be ensured. OUR OHS POLICY

As SN ARGE MAKİNA KALIP İTH. İHR. LTD. ŞTİ.; in our company carrying out production in accordance with standards requiring high precision through machining; our most valuable asset is our employees. We commit to conducting our activities in accordance with the ISO 45001:2018 standard and legal and other requirements related to occupational health and safety, and we adopt the principle of "Human Health and Safety First" in all our production processes and laboratories. In order to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases; we commit to providing safe and healthy working conditions by minimizing physical, chemical, and ergonomic risks that may arise in our machining processes, ensuring full compliance with all applicable national laws, regulations, and industrial standards related to OHS in which we operate, ensuring the efficient use of energy and natural resources, eliminating potential hazards at their source in CNC and universal machine usage, material handling, and quality control processes, eliminating hazards, reducing risks according to the hierarchy of controls, and continuously improving OHS performance. We commit to continuously improving our OHS performance and achieving OHS objectives. We commit to regularly measuring and analyzing the performance of our OHS management system and continuously improving our system in parallel with technological developments, providing the necessary training so that each member of our team is aware of the risks in their work and establishing a corporate OHS culture, taking the opinions of our employees and, if any, employee representatives in our OHS-related decisions and encouraging their active participation in processes, and providing the necessary protective equipment, technological infrastructure, and human resources completely in order to achieve OHS objectives. With the goal of zero occupational accidents and zero occupational diseases, we aim to be a pioneer of safe production in the industry. We commit to continuing our activities with a sensitive production approach and a "human health first" understanding.
